Awarded National e-PRO Certification

Menomonie, Wisc. – Feb. 28, 2003—Jeffery Hoel, known nationally as “The BIG Guy in Real Estate”  recently earned the nationally recognized e-PRO certification, currently held by fewer than one percent of real estate professionals nationwide.  He is the fifth Edina Realty sales associate to achieve the certification.

e-Pro is the official technology certification program of the National Association of Realtors®.  Conducted by San Diego-based technology company InternetCrusade®, the certified Graduates emerge specially equipped to meet the fast-growing consumer demand for Web-based real estate services.

Hoel said he finds that the technological expertise he’s gained through e-PRO can save his clients time and money.  “The real estate market is different these days with clients having access to information from the Internet,” says Hoel.  “As more and more consumers turn to the Internet to buy or sell homes, you must make use of the Internet to provide clients information on properties for sale, local communities and the real estate market.  Using our Web services can help clients weed out homes without having to get in the car.  I’m glad I can provide these services to them,” added Hoel.
